  • Disturbing thoughts hijack your hours and days

People respond to danger with hyper-arousal “Fight or Flight”. Excessive stress may be acute or chronic, or from early childhood. Responses to excessive stress may result in symptoms above.

Traumatic stress occurs in the life of most human beings suddenly without warning. Dr. Rosen decides with you from a choice of strategies. You may discover inherent strengths in yourself to help recovery.
